The Rooibos Chai Kit

How To Use

Step 1 – In a large pot, bring a half gallon of water to a boil.
Step 2 – Add packet one to the boiling water.
Step 3 – Add sweetener, stir and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 4 – Add packet two to the boiling water.
Step 5 – Add chopped ginger, stir and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 6 – Add milk of choice, keep a close eye on it and once it boils turn off the heat and stir.
Step 7 – Open packet three and crush in mortar and pestle until fragrant. Add the pot, stir and bring back to a boil. Once boiling, turn off heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 8 – Strain and enjoy hot or over ice.
