Due to the delicate nature of organic products, opened or unopened products can be processed within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit only.

How do I return an online purchase/order?
To initiate a return, please:
- Visit our online portal and select the item(s) you would like to return. You will be issued a return label.
- Stick the return label on the package (use the original Shop Good package if possible).
- Drop off the return at your local USPS office.
How long will it take to process a return?
Store credit will be issued via email and store account as soon as the returned product is received and processed. Any credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement.
