At Shop Good, we believe in bio-individuality! That’s why it’s ok if a product doesn’t work for your specific bio-individuallity or skin type. Due to the delicate nature of organic products, opened or unopened products can be processed within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit only.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item bought online, please follow the steps below.

How do I return an online purchase/order?

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email hello@shop-good.co and include your name, order #, reason for return, and email address used to purchase order
  2. Someone from our team will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

How long will it take to process a return?

Store credit will be issued via email and your store account as soon as the returned product is received and processed. Please note, shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount credited. Any credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement.
