What are the advantages of having a Shop Good spa membership?

The most ideal frequency for receiving facials is once a month due to the skin’s natural exfoliation cycle of approximately 28 days. Being a spa member not only ensures optimal results with monthly treatments, but also allows you to save while doing so. You’ll also enjoy a 20% discount on all facial boosters + any additional treatments, PLUS save 10% OFF products purchased the same day as your spa appointment.

Is there a commitment period for the membership?

Yes, all our memberships come with a three-month commitment. We recommend this timeframe to allow you to experience the real benefits of monthly services, and you can cancel anytime after the first three months.

What happens if I can’t make it for my monthly treatments?

Facials do not roll over, but you have the option to gift your facial to a family member or friend 1x every three months.

When will I be charged for my membership?

Membership billing occurs on the day of your initial sign up and will automatically renew on the same day each subsequent month.

Are facial treatments refundable?

No, all shop good services are non-refundable.

What is the policy for arriving late to a scheduled appointment?

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be adjusted to end at the originally scheduled time without additional time compensated.
