Club Good Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How can I redeem my points?
    1. Points can be redeemed at checkout using the pay with points function or any offer that is currently available in your account. You must click ‘redeem now’ to use an offer. Offers expire within 24 hours if clicked but not redeemed.
  2. Can I use multiple discounts at once?
    1. Unfortunately eligible offers cannot be combined. You can however, choose to pay with points during a sale or promotion. 
  3. What do I do if I have questions about my points, status, or account?
    1. You can access all of your account related information by logging into your account and navigating to the Club Good widget on the bottom right hand side of your screen. You can also always email our support team at
  4. Do my points expire?
    1. Yes, your points along with your tier status reset annually from the date of your enrollment. The best way to stay active is by earning and redeeming. Your point balance and tier status can always be found in your Club Good account dashboard.
  5. Which products are eligible for points? 
    1. You can earn points on any purchase made in store or online. Exclusions apply to any gratuity attached to a spa service.
  6. Will I get back the points I spent if I choose to return an item?
    1. Your points will be returned to your account, as if you hadn’t made the purchase at all.
  7. Why isn’t my tier status showing on my account?
    1. Tiers statuses update in our system once per day, 10am EST time. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tier to be assigned.
  8. Can I earn points on spa services as a spa member?
    1. For each monthly facial, spa members will receive 50 Club Good points added to their transaction at checkout. Points are not rewarded to service amounts in full. 
  9. Will I get my birthday points if my birthday was prior to my sign up date?
    1. Unfortunately we are unable to retrofit points prior to sign up.
