Water Colour Tint

A weightless, blendable water-balm formula that creates a flush of colour on lips and cheeks, with a skin-like finish. 

The buildable formula can be layered for intensity.

Use doefoot applicator to tap colour on desired area—lips or cheeks. Blend with finger tips or a brush, or layer for intensity.

PRO TIP: Line lips with a Precision Colour Pencil before applying Water Colour Tint to prolong wear.
