At Shop Good, we believe in bio-individuality! That’s why it’s ok if a product doesn’t work for your specific bio-individuallity or skin type. Due to the delicate nature of organic products, opened or unopened products can be processed within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit only.

Items purchased during promotional events or major sales including our birthday swag bag celebration, or any gift-with-purchase promotions — are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit. No exceptions.

How do I return an online purchase/order?

To initiate a return, please:

1. Log in to your Shop Good account using the email address associated with your order.

2. Navigate to Orders and select the order containing the item(s) you'd like to return.

3. Click Request Return and select the item(s) you wish to return.

4. Choose your return reason and submit your request.

5. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.

6. Return Shipping Fee: A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit when your return is processed.

Prefer an Exchange? Exchanges are always free. Contact us at hello@shop-good.co with the both the product you are returning and the product you would like to exchange it with and we will send you a prepaid label as long as that item is available.

How long will it take to process a return?

Once we receive your shipment, we will send you an online code to use on your next order. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Please note, shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount credited. Any credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement.
