Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
We process your order within 2-3 business days and USPS will take it from there. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships to let you know it’s on the way. 

STORE PICKUP
‭Orders can be picked up from both our North Park and One Paseo locations daily, from 10am - 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for‬ pickup. Please bring a valid ID and/or your order receipt so we can ensure you receive the correct items.

‭FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $7 applies to orders shipping‬ to all 50 states. We do not ship outside of the USA at this‬ time.

‭REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬
At Shop Good, we believe in bio-individuality! That’s why it’s ok if a product doesn’t work for your specific bio-individual make-up or skin type. Due to the delicate nature of organic products, opened or unopened regular-priced products can be processed within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit only. Exchanges over 30 days will not be accepted out of fairness for all of our customers and respect for our all-natural ingredients!

If you’d like to return or exchange an item bought in-store, please visit our stores or contact us at hello@shop-good.co. If you’d like to return or exchange an item bought online, please follow the steps below.

How do I return an online purchase/order?
To initiate a return, please:
1. Contact us at hello@shop-good.co and let us know which items you are returning and then, we will email you a return label.
2. Stick the return label on the package (use the original Shop Good package if possible).
3. Drop off the return at your local USPS office.

How long will it take to process a return?
Store credit will be issued via email and store account as soon as the returned product is received and processed. Any credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement.
