Founder of Mara Beauty
Named for the Sea of Marmara and the "mara" in her own name, Mara Beauty came from two years spent developing a clinically proven blend of wild-harvested algae and plankton, sourced off the coasts of Ireland and France. Gabrielle Mirkin
Co-Founder of Activist
Gabrielle traded a career as a senior art director at Vogue and Harper's Bazaar for a company built on Mānuka honey from her native New Zealand. Activist turns one of nature's most researched ingredients into skincare that works, with as little human interference as possible.

Founder of Shop Good and BEIIN
Leah opened Shop Good in 2017 to build the clean beauty space she couldn't find anywhere else, a shop, spa, and community rolled into one. She went on to found BEIIN, a body care line built on the idea that the everyday is everything. She'll be leading this year's conversation.
