Lactic Acid - An alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that effectively exfoliates, while providing anti-aging benefits such as increasing production of natural ceramides to hold in moisture. Lactic acid also helps lighten post-acne hyper pigmentation.
Apple Cider Vinegar- A natural antimicrobial and antiseptic toner, also contains valuable alpha-hydroxy acids that balance your skin's natural pH levels. By restoring your skin's pH balance, it helps ward off bacteria so pores are unblocked and breakouts are prevented.
Phloretin - A bioflavonoid found mostly in apples (and apple cider vinegar) has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties that new studies show effectively fights acne.
