Mare Mediterranean Sea Mist is formulated with rice seed extract to add volume and strengthen hair, while algae extract thickens strands, enhances shine and protects from environmental damages. Mediterranean sea salt conditions and amplifies natural texture without dryness or stiffness. The scent of vanilla, bergamot, lemon, and almond will instantly transport you to shores of Southern Italy.

How to Use

Shake before each use. Apply to damp hair all over, twist hair into sections, and air dry to create perfect beachy texture. For major volume, apply at the roots and blow out. To create separation and volume, apply mid-shaft through ends of dry hair. You can even use Mare as a substitute for dry shampoo between washes.

I really like this stuff! I bought it on a whim because I haven’t used a salt spray in a while, and I was super excited to try. My hair is naturally wavy when I air dry it, so this fits in nicely with my routine and makes my hair extra wavy in that effortless, just went to the beach kinda way. Also bonus, it smells super nice!

Being someone with beachy waves I’ve always been looking for a spray that helps me have a more defined curl / wave and this spray definitely does that! Spray in your hair when it’s wet and enjoy the smell. it’s so dreamy - kinda smells like vanilla!

If you've struggled with sea salt sprays before, give this one a try! I never loved them, they always made my hair feel crunchy or look greasy and weighed it down. This is such a fine mist (something I really appreciate personally) and the smell is SO good. Like warm vanilla bourbon. It gives my hair just the right amount of texture to work with, but doesn't weigh it down at all. I'm obsessed. I sometimes spray it on my damp hair when it's air drying and love the natural texture it leaves me with!

Full disclosure--this was a total impulse buy after seeing it in a Shop Good email. I have natural waves and rarely straighten them anymore. I've got a first-day hair routing down, but I've never been able to find a product that gave me a consistent second day. This stuff is it! It's not a replication of my wash day hair, but I almost like it better! Big, soft, loose waves, lots of volume, no frizz or stringy clumps. Depending on how much I apply, my hair can sometimes get that dry feeling that comes with lots of salt sprays, but it doesn't LOOK dry at all. And it rinses out clean--no dry, damaged feeling left over. Best impulse buy in a long time!
