La Grande Collection Gift Set

I’ve had my eye on St. Rose for a while — both fragrance notes and the aesthetic. It’s definitely on the high luxury end, but for what you pay for the discovery set, it’s a pretty good generous amount of fragrance per mini glass bottle. This is perfect because it’s usually never enough when it’s those typical vials, especially for those of us whose migraines and sensitivities appear after a few days of testing. The box set and minis are gorgeous. I plan on displaying the empties without the lids as bathroom decor. The fragrances range from floral to woodsy. I’m still in the process of testing each one a few days at a time to see how each works with my chemistry. The only one to trigger a migraine and smell borderline cheap is French Poetry, which is a bummer because it’s the only truly sweeter scent in the collection. It smells like a cheaper body spray version of Black Opium. I’m currently leaning towards Jack of Hearts or Out of the Blue, but they each dry down uniquely so still pending. The only downside of ordering it from outside their site is you don’t get credit to use towards a full size bottle but all good. Hoping somewhere here is my future signature scent!
