Apply Active™ Shine Icy directly onto bare nails - no Base Coat or Top Coat needed. Let it air dry naturally. Apply 1 coat for a pearly veil or 2 coats for a more pronounced highlighter effect. Easily removes with the Oil Remover or Gentle Remover.
