High-Shine Gloss is a clear, hydrating gloss made with ceramides and sodium hyaluronate for a moisturizing and plumping effect. This lightweight, gel-cushion formula is completely clear with super fine flecks of mica to add shine to lips, cheek bones, eye lids, or elsewhere.

Inspired by their mothers’ use of Vaseline, 19/99 founders Camille and Stephanie applied Vaseline to their lips and lids before they had their own makeup bags. Their modern interpretation is this non-sticky formula with satisfying glide and lasting cushion for comfortable wear. Formulated with a gel texture, High-Shine Gloss can be worn alone for a dewy effect, or on top of makeup for long-lasting luminosity.

Blend with Precision Colour Pencil for diffused, dewy color.

Use fingertips to dab onto lips, cheekbones, eyelids, or blend with Precision Colour Pencil for diffused colour and added shine.

Ingredients

Ceramide 3 – improves moisturization and skin barrier function
Hydrogenated polyisobutene – a safe, mineral-oil alternative for intense cushion, glide and plumping effect. This ingredient gives the gloss an occlusive effect, meaning it seals in moisture and prevents water loss.
