Deposit and Cancellation Policy
To provide the highest quality service and protect appointment availability for all clients, we enforce the following policies:
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to reserve any appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if rescheduled. This only applies to appointments that follow our cancellation policy and are rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations:
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit (50% of the service total).
- No-shows will be charged the remaining balance of the service (100% of the service total).
- Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to future appointments.
We kindly ask that all clients cancel or reschedule online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting deposits or incurring additional fees.
