A San Diegan born and raised, Devin’s deeply-rooted passion for clean products began as a child while crafting masks and bath soaks in her kitchen for fun.

She graduated from Bellus Academy with her Makeup Artistry & Esthetician Certification in 2009 and while she had stepped away from skincare over the recent years, her dream was to be back in the treatment room. With her magical intuitive touch, passion for clean wellness and knowledge of ingredients she will have you
floating out of the treatment room feeling completely refreshed, relaxed & supported.

Devin is ecstatic to be living her dream as lead holistic esthetician at Shop Good and she is eager to make a difference in people’s skin & overall well being. Outside of Shop Good, you can find her crafting, gardening or camping. She and her partner have lived in Normal Heights for the last 12 years with their cats.

Giselle Grazia Esthetician

During her time as a makeup artist, Giselle noticed a general disconnect between makeup artistry and the world of skin care. It was then when her passion for holistic and skincare emerged. After noticing common themes amongst clients attempting to ‘cover up’ rather than heal, combined with her own personal health journey, Giselle set out to become a powerful source of knowledge and guidance.

Giselle’s priority is to help clients feel more comfortable both in their skin and in their routines by providing a comfortable, approachable, and informative experience with education at the center of her practice. She believes by understanding and listening to our skin, and treating it with kind, healing ingredients, we can unlock the code to our overall health and wellbeing. Outside of the spa, you'll find Giselle sifting through bins at her local thrift store, watching and critiquing movies, munching on a chocolate croissant, and hanging out with her toothless cat Jojo.

Lisa Ezzat Esthetician

Lisa is a Chicago native turned San Diegan, and a Holistic Esthetician with 27 years of experience in resolving skincare concerns through holistic modalities and organic products. Her expertise lies in customized facial treatments, including facial massage and lymphatic drainage, consistently delivering outstanding results to her clients.

Lisa’s passion for inspiring others to lead healthy, balanced lifestyles has shaped her career, and she has also played a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness through educational classes and trade show marketing events. Her love for beauty, education, and building meaningful relationships fuels her commitment to making a lasting impact in the skincare industry.

As Lisa embarks on this next chapter, she’s excited to continue supporting her clients on their skincare journey, helping them look and feel their best from the inside out.

Daiana Galley Esthetician

Meet Daiana, a passionate skincare expert hailing from Colombia. Her journey into the skincare world began in 2017 when she moved from Bogotá to San Francisco. Leaving her family and friends behind, she faced physical and emotional challenges, like dealing with severe acne. 

Daiana soon discovered the transformative power of Botnia Skincare, leading her to realize the connection between the body, mind and spirit. Determined to address her skin concerns + inspired by her skin success using Botnia, she enrolled into an Esthetics program at the Aveda Institute of San Francisco. 

Today, Daiana specializes in healing acne through expert extractions, lymphatic drainage and calming the nervous system. Her goal is to help her clients achieve optimal results in and out of the treatment room while allowing them to unwind, relax and powerfully navigate the stressors of life. 

Beyond her work in the spa, you can find her dining out like foodies do, relishing in delicious meals her husband prepares as a chef, and going to the beach with her adorable dog, Panela. She cannot wait to get to know you and support you in your #skingoals.
