Buccal Massage
Buccal massage occurs inside the mouth. Yes - INSIDE. Stay with us here! This unique technique allows access to deeper facial muscles that aren't commonly engaged.
Skin Rolling
Skin rolling involves gently rolling and lifting the skin. This motion helps stimulate circulation, release muscle tension, and promote lymphatic drainage.
