Pre-Party Prep and Post-Party Care for a Healthy New Year’s Eve

As we get ready to bid farewell to another year and welcome 2025, this time period often means festive gatherings and late nights. IYKYK: I believe “You Can Have Both”. So, go ahead, indulge and celebrate the close of this year (and all the opportunities of the next) with intention. Here’s my personal guide to keeping your wellness intact before, during, and after the party, so you can ring in the new year feeling ready... vs totally run down.

Pre-Party Prep

1 / Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: The simplest & most powerful way to prepare for a night out. Aim for at least 2 liters of water during the day to ensure your body is hydrated before the spirits start flowing. Add Juna’s Detox Drops to your water bottle to boost your liver and detoxification system, or add a pinch of mineral-rich sea salt to keep your electrolytes balanced.

2 / Nourish: Prioritize protein, healthy fats, and fiber on NYE to stabilize blood sugar. A go-to pre-party meal: wild salmon, roasted sweet potatoes, and any dark-leafy greens. This combo provides protein, omega-3s (to combat inflammation), complex carbs (for energy) and antioxidants (to support detoxification).

3 / Skin Support: I’ll lightly exfoliating the day of the party to create a smooth canvas for my makeup. I’ll follow with a hydrating mask. Favorites? Botnia’s Essential Enzymes and Marie Veronique’s Micronutrient + Hydro Mask.

4 / Take Your Supplements. Pre-load your body with nutrients to support detoxification and boost minerals. I recommend a B-complex (especially if you’ll be enjoying cocktails), glutathione (to support liver function), and a good vitamin C for an immunity boost.

5 / Prep Your Bag: Be prepared with your wellness and beauty essentials. Post-Party Care
