Mat Pilates Workout x Summer Skin Event with Activate House

Entering your Pilates era at the most perfect time, join Shop Good x Activate House for a vibey in-shop pilates workout + post-workout skin treatment. The class will be derived from Classical Pilates and comes with a dirty twist of contemporary movements. No muscles left untouched. Grab your clean beauty bestie, turn up the heat and don’t forget to bring your yoga mat. This 45min class will be followed by a special skin treat from best-selling skincare brands and take-home goodies. 50% of ticket proceeds will be donated to YWCA San Diego, supporting domestic violence survivors.

About the Class Instructor, Stephanie Richardson: Nostalgic + Community-driven + Scorpio Vibes. Her love of sports got her here. An ex- soccer player, ex-hostess, ex-travel guide, she’s had more lives than your cat. Expect to get vibey and throw it back-disco night style.
