This is a life changing product!! I have always struggled with bloating and stomach pain after eating. In addition to changing parts of my diet this product has been so beneficial. I will take 1 before a regular meal and 2 before a larger meal. I have noticed a huge decrease in bloating ever since I started taking these. I highly recommend!
