Ceremony takes 800 years of Japanese perfection through practice and brings it into the modern world. A unique blend sourced from Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Ceremony makes an evenly-balanced tea designed to be whisked and drunk as usucha (thin tea) or used as an ingredient in mixed beverages. Its versatility makes it perfect to use in juices and smoothies.

How To Use

For koicha (thick tea) use 3 scoops & 45 ml of hot water. For usucha (thin tea) 2 scoops & 75 ml of hot water. Use chashaku (bamboo scoop) to sift matcha into a bowl. Slowly pour hot water over the matcha. Break up the matcha by pressing chasen (bamboo whisk) down on the powder. Use the chasen to froth the mixture.
