For koicha (thick tea) use 3 scoops & 45 ml of hot water. For usucha (thin tea) 2 scoops & 75 ml of hot water. Use chashaku (bamboo scoop) to sift matcha into a bowl. Slowly pour hot water (158-176 degrees F) over the matcha. Use the chosen (bamboo whisk100% powdered Camellia Sinesis leaves.
