Wedding crash diets can lead to additional stress and wear and tear on your body. Learn how, when and what to eat to nourish your body and sustain health eating habits well beyond your wedding day. You’ll receive clean eating meal plans, recipes and shopping lists completely customized to you and your bio-individual needs. We’ll focus on nutrient-dense foods that support weight loss, lowering inflammation and give you that wedding glow!


We’ll craft a daily workout routine that gets you springing out of bed, kick starting your metabolism and sending your endorphins through the roof.
We focus on sculpting and toning your body, allowing you to exude confidence, rock that white dress and work that honeymoon bikini!


Wedding planning is stressful. Stress is the leading cause of weight gain, breakouts and lack of confidence. So... let’s just ditch the stress.
You’ll acquire stress management tools, mindfulness habits and simple meditation practices you can effortlessly incorporate into your fast-paced life.
You’ll learn how to find calmness and serenity in any situation like it ain’t no thing.


Self-love is a really really big deal in our book. You’ll feel more vibrant and alive via our self-care techniques, positive self-talk practices and quick morning rituals that will ground and inspire you for the day ahead.


Design and cultivate your ideal schedule and work, infusing play and self-care throughout. Learn our time-mastery tools that can crush any work or wedding deliverable you have ahead (even deciding on the printed or solid table runners).


You’ll have full access to additional support via email and text in between sessions. Need clarification on a recommendation? Have a question on an ingredient or recipe? Just need some extra motivation? We’ll dish our expertise, accountability, partnership and friendship.
