For PMS relief:
Apply 4-6 drops of oil to the palms of your hands and rub together until warm. Generously apply the oil to your abdomen with loving intention.
For relaxation and emotional wellness-
Warm 2-3 drops of oil in your hands and anoint the space between your breast in the center of your chest. With loving intention, recite self-loving affirmations, visualize healing light, and/or take three deep belly expanding breaths with your hand remaining at the center of your chest.
